The Brief:
Positioning: Naming, big idea, tone & manner

Description:
Based on your understanding of Project 1 & 2, create your own brand. You need to be able to articulate the brand by writing a description and concept of your logo (brand story, brand name, target audience, big idea). In addition, you are to construct a set of mood boards that will showcase the tone and manner of your brand (typography, colour, references/research).

Objective:
To gain knowledge on how to present a proposal.



Progress

While we were creating the logo, positioning for the brand should be decided. How do you want the identity looks like, ideals, and story behind the brand. It's created from slides consisting creative brief and mood board.








Feedback

Week 4
For the target audience, this product may or may not fits young adults. I can try to set the target as adult but it's up to me. For the colour, I can choose the colour for the brand and for the logo. More informations about the stationary and applications should be put on the slides.

Week 6
The presentation was good and clear however the arrangements of the slides could be more better by placing the informations of the product, place and more imagery first then go through the typography and more detailed informations.


Reflection

Experience
I had fun while doing this project since it's something that I like to do, imagining how my brand would look like and position it. I had to do some researches to create the best  decision for the brand which is quite challenging. While presentation, I tried hard not to be nervous and not to forget whatever I said. I believe I need improvements on that

Observation
The more clearer our art direction, the easier to find the correct positioning for the brand. We might ran from the actual direction we wanted if we have messy ideas and can't decide which way we decided for the branding.

Findings
Positioning is very important as you want your brand to stand out and be the better one among all competitors. You want it to be special and represents your brand. The cooperations between all the elements in positioning will build your brand and creates that unexpected united brand identity and ideals.
